  About CPMS

The City of San Jose has a multi-billion Capital Improvement Program (CIP) that includes bond projects for new branch libraries, parks, police and fire stations, the airport expansion program and other infrastructure and maintenance projects.

The Capital Project Management System is a project management, tracking and reporting and outreach software application. The CPMS provides project information and progress reports to City staff as well as neighborhood residents. The system also facilitates business outreach by publishing construction bid opportunities and solicitation of consulting services on its Internet website.

If you would like to learn more about the CPMS, please contact Steve Teraji (408-535-8339).
